A new branding and website project for greensplash

We are delighted to announce a new branding and website project for an existing client of greensplash, who is taking on an exciting venture to develop a new business park in Malpas, Cheshire.

Old Hall Heyes Business Park will be explicitly designed for owner-managed start-up companies who are looking to secure premises for their business ventures. Offering modern and contemporary new build units that will be available for start-up companies to fit out bespoke to their needs, the new business park will provide attractive commercial units right in the heart of Cheshire.

Malpas is a small quaint town within Cheshire, which is very much growing with many well-known national brands already established and operating from the town. With vast development to housing in the area, and with vital commuter links from the town to Manchester, Liverpool and Shropshire, Malpas is the perfect location for the new business park, with our client being keen to support the local area within which this diverse business is based.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on our day to day lives causing so much uncertainty currently, this is a project that is very much proceeding at pace, which is driven by a thriving and innovative business. With a strong working partnership already built with this client, greensplash is proud to be part of this new venture to make Old Hall Heyes Business Park a great success! 

Over the coming weeks, we will develop the branding for the new business park, along with a microsite to provide an online presence as soon as possible. Over time as the business park is developed and further content becomes available, a full website will be rolled out to showcase the modern commercial units and the facilities that are available.
