In 2009, estate agents Ashcroft Guest approached greensplash to rebrand their business.

They required a high-impact, instantly recognisably brand that stood out from all their competitors on the high street. Following careful research of the high street estate agent sector, our lead brand designer created a list of design elements that would give Ashcroft Guest instant exposure through a unique brand identity.

the challenge

We felt that palette selection would be key in making Ashcroft Guest stand out. Instead of going for the less intrusive colour choices common in this sector, we instead opted for a vibrant purple and green combination that no other estate agent was using at the time.

In terms of typography, we combined a handwritten script with a more formal sub-heading, creating an unusual logo that remained thematically cohesive. Throughout our relationship with Aschroft Guest, we have used this logo to create numerous print designs for them, including business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, window cards and signage.
