WIN commissioned greensplash to deliver design services for the website project. The final website, aimed at all key charity stakeholders, supports the charity to meet its promotional objectives. We are pleased to announce that we have launched the new website for the charitable organisation, Women In Need. Women In Need (WIN) was founded in 2000 by Leah Sha Pattison and Usha Chandrabhan Patil to help the women of Nagpur in India suffering from Leprosy and other health and socio-economic problems. With the assistance of charitable donations and much dedicated hard work, WIN is able to help women suffering from illness – both mental and physical.
WIN approached greensplash to help with developing a new charity website aimed at charity donors and other stakeholders. The website had to be highly effective in raising awareness of the organisation’s work, giving current information to supporters, and encourage donations from the public.
By developing the website around greensplash’s content management system, RefresherCMS, WIN is able to manage its own web content and keep the website up-to-date, both in India and the UK. Using the CMS, regularly updated case studies and links to new video content show how WIN’s work benefits women suffering in India.
Naturally, it’s always a great feeling for us at greensplash to deliver an effective website design project that makes both ourselves and the client proud. However, it’s even more satisfying when the website ultimately helps and benefits those that are in true need of assistance.
To find out more about the continuing work that WIN offers to the women of India, please visit the Women In Need site or contact us at greensplash for further details.
