Aimed at parents and other stakeholders, and packed with colourful photography, the website designed by greensplash is friendly, accessible website and easy-to-manage. Based in Kingsmead, Northwich, The Russett School is a community school that caters for pupils with a range of special educational needs. The project brief was to create a vibrant, friendly and visual site, whilst providing key information to parents on the available facilities to care for their children. Informing parents about new curriculum, reports and other events on an on-going basis was essential. This was achieved through building the website design around a content management system. The CMS enabled The Russett School to regularly publish new updates to the site, keeping the content fresh and relevant. The website includes a Flash gallery, which showcases the school’s activities that they offer to each of its pupils and their families at all key stages, as well as other events held around Cheshire each year.
