With an important UK product re-launch just around the corner, award-winning design agency greensplash was tasked with delivering a range of design services for this Runcorn-based software provider. In addition to branding and web design, a stand out product brochure was also needed to generate a strong impact. What’s more, the project needed to be delivered to very tight timelines in order to coincide with the official opening event of Progressive’s new premises. greensplash was ready to take on the challenge.
Project brief brochure design
Progressive Solutions required new promotional materials to support the product relaunch strategy of its key product, bisTrack (business software). The brochure had to clearly communicate product benefits to a diverse range of audiences. Also, as its purpose was to support a product relaunch, the brochure also had to be very brand visible in its design. Furthermore, it was also important that the brochure could move in step with the business so that as new software modules were brought to market, the brochure could be extended.
A stand out solution for Progressive Solutions
Taking the lead from the strong company and product branding design, greensplash’s design team created a brochure design that made bold use of the distinctive branding, including use of ‘cut-outs’ in the design. This approach helped create a strong level of integration and cohesiveness throughout all communications, reinforcing the key messages of the product relaunch and rebranding. Also, by adopting a design that could happily hold inserts, flexibility was built in. The brochure information can now be tailored to meet the needs of each customer and will stand the test of time.
